Dawn Fernandez, PHR, SHRM-CP is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across diverse industries. Currently serving as Corporate Director of Human Resources at Atomic Transport, LLC since June 2023, Dawn leads HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness. Prior roles include Logistics HR Manager at Kroger, where management of HR operations for a substantial distribution center was conducted, as well as HR Manager at Republic Services during its acquisition of Santek Waste Services. At Santek, Dawn was Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations and implementing recruitment strategies across multiple states.
