Joe Ruiz

Joe Ruiz is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system programming and hardware engineering. Currently serving as a zOS Mainframe System Programmer III at Atos since July 2015, Joe specializes in installing and maintaining z/OS operating system software, optimizing system performance, managing storage resources, and implementing security measures. Prior roles include Senior Hardware Engineer at Xerox, where Joe co-managed the installation of mainframe hardware, and Incident Problem Manager at Irvine Technology Corporation, focusing on monitoring IT systems. Joe's career began in the United States Air Force as a Medical Material Journeyman, followed by various IT roles in organizations such as First American Title and HSBC Card Services. Joe holds a BS in Management from the University of Phoenix and California State University, Los Angeles.
