Matt Bradfield

Matt Bradfield has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Matt is currently serving as the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering and Technology Partnerships at Axio since September 2022. Before this, they were the Director of Sales Engineering at Scuba Analytics from November 2021 to September 2022.

Matt also worked at Everbridge as an Enterprise Sales Engineer from July 2020 to August 2021. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Enterprise Sales Engineers at Mimecast from August 2018 to July 2020, where they implemented various strategies to support corporate up-market growth goals and improve efficiency.

Before these roles, Matt held positions at Cloudistics and Metalogix Software. At Cloudistics, they served as the Director of Field Sales Engineering from May 2017 to August 2018, where they successfully recruited and trained sales engineers and developed a more efficient proof of concept process.

At Metalogix Software, Matt held two roles. Matt was the VP of Field Engineering North America from October 2016 to April 2017, responsible for pre-sales engineering and services delivery. Matt also served as the Director of Solutions Engineering from August 2013 to October 2016, where they re-organized a diverse team into a cohesive unit and implemented a consistent training plan.

Earlier in their career, Matt worked as a Senior SharePoint Solutions Consultant at Axceler, a SharePoint Integration and Training Consultant at Kangaroo Software, and a SharePoint Administrator at the Florida Caribbean AIDS Education and Training Center.

Overall, Matt has a strong background in sales engineering, solutions engineering, and team leadership, with a focus on driving growth and improving processes in the technology industry.

Matt Bradfield attended Edgewater High School from 1998 to 2002. Matt then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Decision and Information Sciences at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2003 to 2007.
