Phoebe Matthews-Cheng

Phoebe Matthews-Cheng, CMA, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at ATPCO since September 2019, overseeing financial activities for the airline-owned data and technology services company and leading a team of analysts across multiple divisions. Prior to this role, Phoebe worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Berkeley Research Group LLC, where responsibilities included preparing budget and forecast models for a $400 million consulting operation. Phoebe's earlier experience includes managing FP&A activities for Healthy Directions, contributing to financial analyses at Catalyst Health Solutions, and gaining foundational expertise in finance and medicine through education, holding an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Medicine from Guangdong Medical College.
