Tatsuya Hirano

Tatsuya Hirano has extensive experience in the aviation and customer support sectors, currently serving as the Customer Support Director at ATR since April 2021. Prior to this role, Tatsuya held multiple positions at JALUX INC. from April 1996 to June 2023, including President of the West-Japan Unit, Managing Director, and Chief Manager of the Aircraft Sales Department, where responsibilities encompassed aircraft remarketing and crew training. Additionally, Tatsuya managed the Aircraft Parts & Materials Department, overseeing supply chain management for various aircraft components such as engines and airframes.
