Vincent Leroy

Vincent Leroy has been appointed to lead the new Enterprise Risk Management & Audit organization of ATR, effective from 1 April 2023. He reports directly to the company’s Chief Executive Officer and works transversally with all directorates to better anticipate risks and boost opportunities.

Vincent began his career in 1991 and built a large programmatic, technical, and industrial background. Over the years, he developed skills in various fields, including Systems Engineering for complex systems, Avionics, Real-time Systems Simulation, Optical & Radar Instruments, Image Processing, and Vision-based Autonomy. Vincent had the opportunity to apply this broad array of skills to commercial aircraft, UAVs, and satellites, but also missiles, and robots, be it for Matra, Astrium, EADS, or Airbus Commercial. In 2011, he joined Airbus as VP of Modelling & Simulation during the development of the A350 and A320 NEO programs. He started the ERM chapter of his career in 2014 as Head of Enterprise Risk Management, deploying and driving operational risk management within Airbus for six years.
