Kristen H. has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Kristen started their career in 2011 as a Business Analyst for Regulatory Reporting Center of Excellence at Meritain Health, where they were responsible for regulatory submissions and correspondence. Kristen then moved on to Willis Towers Watson as a Reporting Business Analyst, where they participated in various regulatory change management working groups. Kristen later joined Avionte Staffing Software as a Compliance Analyst, creating dashboards for leadership teams. Kristen then worked at The IHC Group as a Manager, Sales Reporting & Analytics, where they built proof-of-concept in Tableau and Power BI and managed a team of Business Analysts. Kristen also served as a Sr. Manager of Compensation Systems at Life Time Inc., leading the strategic design and execution of compensation and benefit programs. Currently, they are the Director of Sales Analytics at AtriCure, Inc., where they manage a data analytics team and is responsible for incentive compensation, forecasting, and budgeting.
Kristen H. completed their Bachelor's degree in Health Information Technology at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Kristen then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2023 to 2025. Additionally, they obtained the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification from Mountain Goat Software in 2024.
