Vanessa Parker

Vanessa Parker, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Production at AtriCure, Inc., where responsibilities include prioritizing production schedules, making budgetary recommendations, and managing manufacturing operations. Vanessa's extensive experience spans roles such as Production Manager and Senior Production Supervisor, with a strong focus on leadership, team motivation, and continuous improvement using lean manufacturing practices. Prior to AtriCure, Vanessa held an Integrated Supply Chain Supervisor role at Honeywell Aerospace, and has a significant military background with the US Army, including roles such as Senior Operations Manager and Commander. Vanessa holds an MBA in Executive Leadership from Ohio University and a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Wright State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
