Charles Wilson

Charles Wilson JD, LLM serves as the General Counsel of ATRIO Health Plans and has been with the company since 2011. Charles manages all legal affairs involving ATRIO, including strategic initiatives, board governance, compliance, regulatory issues, contracting, and corporate transactions. He provides counsel on a broad range of legal, business and operational matters to the company’s board of directors and the executive management team.

Charles received a bachelor’s degree in public policy from Duke University, his Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark, and an LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Washington. When he’s not ensuring that corporate affairs are in order, he enjoys his down time fly fishing, whitewater rafting, and skiing with his wife and daughter.
