Gina Bierman Keadle

Gina Bierman Keadle, FACHE has extensive work experience in human resources and administration. Gina is currently working at Atrium Health as the Senior Vice President Region CHRO GA since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of HR Regional Partnerships from January 2020 to January 2024, and briefly worked in Human Resources Administration from August 2019 to December 2019.

Before joining Atrium Health, Gina worked at Navicent Health where they held various roles including Chief Human Resources and Talent Officer from October 2016 to July 2019, VP of Human Resources from October 2015 to September 2016, and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources from April 2014 to September 2015.

Their earlier work experience includes working as the Director of Benefits at Medical Center of Central Georgia from November 2009 to March 2014, Senior Director of Benefits & Compensation at BCD Travel from May 2002 to November 2009, and HR Director at Univar from November 1988 to August 2001.

Gina Bierman Keadle, FACHE holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Valdosta State University (1982) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia College & State University (2013-2014).
