Jessica Duca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing customer engagement and delivering high-quality managed services. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Elevate at Atrium since February 2021, Jessica focuses on guiding global teams, ensuring alignment with customer goals, and driving growth opportunities through effective communication with clients, including C-level executives. Prior to Atrium, Jessica held various managerial positions at Appirio, where responsibilities included building customer relationships, overseeing pre-sales efforts, and leading teams to enhance customer success. Jessica also possesses a strong foundation in Salesforce consulting and training, having worked with multiple organizations such as Threshold Consulting Services and Sales Optimizer, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
