Raymond Way

Raymond Way is a seasoned military training expert with extensive experience in artillery and mission command systems. Currently serving as the Lead Field Artillery Trainer at ATS since July 2023, Raymond specializes in instructing the Latvian Army on artillery and fire control systems. Prior to this, Raymond held various trainer roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Triduem, and CACI International Inc., focusing on command post systems and practical instruction for soldiers. In previous positions, including Field Artillery Systems/Software Analyst at Northrop Grumman TS and Training Specialist IV at WisEngineering, Raymond provided technical and operational support for advanced fire support systems. Raymond's career has been marked by hands-on training and system integration, demonstrating deep expertise in both instructional delivery and technical operations within military frameworks.
