Brett Wheless

Brett Wheless has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Brett currently serves as the Vice President of Integrated Services at ATS Automation. In this role, they are responsible for driving the transformation of the After Sales and Services business, expanding regional services, advancing digital services, and ensuring business performance.

Previously, Brett worked at Schneider Electric for several years. Brett held the position of Vice President of Digital Services, where they led a software and service startup business targeting critical power environments. Brett developed strategies, managed commercial and operational execution, and provided leadership to a diverse team. Prior to that, Brett served as the Vice President of Services and Director of Field Services, responsible for overseeing data center operations, managing service teams, and implementing growth strategies.

Brett also has experience in business development, market segment management, and channel operations management, where they worked on strategic account sales, healthcare segment strategies, and marketing efforts.

Brett Wheless received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General from Michigan State University in the years 1990-1993. Brett then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from Old Dominion University between 1994 and 1996. Additionally, they have a certification as a Business Energy Professional (BEP) from the Association of Energy Engineers.
