Alan Xiao

Alan Xiao is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications and cloud infrastructure. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at AT&T since May 2007, Alan has significantly contributed to the development and maintenance of the AT&T CANOPI system, overseeing its various functional engines. Prior to AT&T, Alan held roles at BellSouth Telecommunications Inc. as a Sr. Software Engineer, where the focus was on broadband network management, and at Accenture, specializing in web development for BellSouth’s online ordering system. Earlier career experiences include positions at Oracle Corporation and iASPEC Technologies, where project contributions encompassed online medical service processes and billing systems. Alan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.
