James Tippets

James Tippets currently serves as the Director and Chief of Staff at the AT&T Chief Data Office, where responsibilities include supporting the senior leadership team and over 800 data professionals, focusing on areas such as employee experience, marketing, internal communications, UX design, talent acquisition, and diversity initiatives. Previously, James held the position of Chief of Staff and Innovation Lead at the AT&T Foundry, contributing to the establishment of the innovation center program. James founded and served as CEO of Neptune.com, where the company launched a successful subscription-based online service called Mediashare. Earlier experience includes roles as Product Marketing Manager at Gateway and as a strategic planning manager for consumer online services. James holds a BA in International Relations and Business Management from Brigham Young University.
