Debbie Smith

Debbie Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the recruitment and consulting sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Attenti Consulting since September 2019, Debbie previously held significant positions such as Chair of the social work sector group at APSCo from February 2014 to February 2020, and Board Director at Synergy Medical Recruitment from July 2015 to September 2019. As Chief Executive Officer of Caritas Recruitment from January 2009 to September 2019, and Business Partner at HB Human Capital from January 2009 to November 2014, Debbie demonstrated expertise in strategic management. Additional experience includes the role of Managing Director and Sales Director at Bluecare, and International Principal at EF Education. Debbie holds a BSc hons degree from the University of Birmingham, obtained between 1997 and 2000, alongside earlier education at KEVICS in Totnes.
