Ridhima Anand

Ridhima Anand has a range of professional experience in various industries. Ridhima worked as an Associate Product Manager at Attentive.ai starting in March 2023. Before that, they were an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from May 2022 to February 2023. Ridhima also served as a Core Team Member in the Alumni Committee at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, from September 2020 to March 2022. Additionally, they held a Summer Associate position at Bain & Company from April 2021 to June 2021. Prior to that, Ridhima worked as a QA Automation Engineer at Deloitte Consulting from August 2017 to July 2020. Ridhima had an internship at IBM in December 2015, where they were part of the Mobility Team responsible for designing and building enterprise iOS applications. Ridhima also completed a Summer Training program at HP in the summer of 2015, where they implemented a custom food chain website using PHP with Wordpress. In 2014, they interned at Avanti Fellows, where they worked closely with the Operations Team, conducted sessions and doubt-solving sessions for students, and prepared assignments and tests.

Ridhima Anand completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. This educational journey took place from 2020 to 2022.

Prior to pursuing their MBA, Ridhima attended Delhi College of Engineering from 2013 to 2017, where they focused on Information Technology, although they did not obtain a specific degree.

Ridhima's education began at Vivekanand School, where they completed their high school studies from 1995 to 2012. During this time, they majored in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
