Sierra Noe currently serves as Vice President of Customer Success at Attentive, beginning in November 2024. Prior to this role, Sierra held the position of RVP for Customer Success at Zendesk from February 2021 to December 2024, overseeing a team of 70 Customer Success Managers and leaders responsible for managing $500 million in annual recurring revenue across North America. Sierra’s extensive experience at Box, spanning from June 2013 to January 2021, included roles such as Head of SMB, Commercial & Mid-Market Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities ranged from managing teams and developing strategies for customer retention to launching key performance metrics. Earlier career experiences include account management at Nine Dots Benefits and Insurance Services and sales roles at IMG and Zuora. Sierra holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
