Ζoi Spyropoulou

Zoi Spyropoulou has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in real estate. Ζoi worked as a Legal and Compliance Counsel at Atticabank Properties S.A., where they focused on regulatory and compliance issues. Ζoi also served as the Secretary to the Board of Directors and the General Assembly of the company. Prior to that, Zoi founded Rethink Law - Spyropoulou Zoi Legal Services and worked as a Business and Real Estate Lawyer. During this time, they were an active member of the "Legal Aid" program under the auspices of the Hellenic Ministry of Justice.

Zoi has also worked as an Associate Lawyer at ATTICA BANK and as a Lawyer at ZINCOMETAL S.A. Additionally, they have experience as a Freelancer Lawyer for the Ministry of Finance of the Hellenic Republic and served as a Legal Advisor for the Harvard Business School Club of Greece.

Furthermore, Zoi worked briefly at site Greece, providing legal advice. Ζoi started their career as a Stagier at the Bank of Greece and the Greek Parliament.

Ζoi Spyropoulou has a diverse education history. Ζoi attended the Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon from 2018 to 2019, focusing on Real Estate studies. Prior to that, they pursued Post Graduate Studies-MSc in Public Law at Panteio University of Social and Political Sciences from 2006 to 2008. Ζoi also obtained a Law Degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) between 2001 and 2006. Additionally, Ζoi participated in an Erasmus program at Université de Rennes I in 2004, studying in the Faculty de Droit. Before entering university, they completed their high school education at Evangeliki Scholi Smirnis Experimental Lyceum from 1998 to 2001.

Furthermore, Ζoi has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Ζoi completed Corporate Counsel Executive Training at NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI in February 2020. In November 2005, they achieved a C2 level certification from the Institut français, indicating their proficiency in the French language. In June 2003, Ζoi successfully obtained a Proficiency in English certification from the University of Cambridge. It is also mentioned that they hold a GDPR_Data Protection Officer (DPO) certification from the Athens Bar Association.
