Curtis Gates

Curtis Gates is an experienced operations leader in the restaurant industry, currently serving as an Area Coach for Tacala, LLC since March 2023, and as a District Manager for both GSRS WS GA I, LLC and Atticus Franchise Group since May 2021 and May 2017, respectively. Prior roles include District Supervisor at The Krystal Company, Director of Operations at SOAR Hospitality Group, and Area Supervisor at Arby's Restaurant Group. With a diverse background that includes ownership of Complete Maintenance and Construction and partnership at Panera Bread, Curtis has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing brand performance across multiple organizations. Education includes an Associate's degree in Architectural Engineering from Olive Harvey College and a Certificate from Dale Carnegie's School of Public Speaking.
