Ali Rizvi

Ali Rizvi has a wide range of work experience in the finance and operations sector. Ali is the Founder and CEO of TrueRev, a platform that helps B2B SaaS SMBs manage the customer subscription lifecycle and revenue accurately. Additionally, Ali has served as a CFO Advisor for B2B SaaS at Attivo Partners, where they assisted in raising capital and providing financial and accounting services. Ali is also an Investor at FOG Ventures, supporting innovative founders in creating toolbox solutions for modern-day operators. Furthermore, Ali is a Member of the Operators Guild, an invitation-only group of finance and operations leaders, where they collaborate, share best practices, and invest in the operator community. Prior to these roles, they worked as the Managing Member of Genuity Consulting LLC, providing CFO advisory services to early-stage entities. Ali also served as a VP Finance Consultant at Kranz & Associates, assisting early-stage B2B SaaS technology companies with accounting and finance consulting and implementing accounting policies and best practices. Earlier in their career, Ali held positions such as Interim CFO at Zosano Pharma, Director of Accounting at PerkinElmer Optoelectronics, and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. Ali Rizvi has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Alberta. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the same university. Ali Rizvi is a Chartered Accountant, obtained from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in October 1999.
