Sean Rumsby

Sean Rumsby has diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and technology. Sean is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Attune since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Concertiv from October 2020 to December 2021. Sean also co-founded and served as the CTO at Hubly Inc from January 2019 to June 2020. Sean has a strong background in founding and leading technology-focused organizations, as demonstrated by their role as Co-Founder & CTO at Olivewood Software from September 2015 to June 2020. Sean has also held positions at Benevity as a Senior Software Developer, Platform from June 2017 to January 2019. Before that, Sean worked at the University of Victoria in various roles including Programmer Analyst, Network Services from August 2016 to June 2017, Software Developer from June 2014 to July 2016, Help Desk Consultant from January 2011 to August 2014, and Researcher from September 2012 to December 2012. Sean began their career as an I&V Engineer at Ericsson from January 2013 to August 2013.

Sean Rumsby completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Victoria. Sean studied at the university from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Sean obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2019.
