Wallis Whittom has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles. They began their career as an Administrative Recruiting Coordinator at Consultis in 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Recruiter at various companies, including StaffingNow and Education Dynamics. In 2017, they joined Ascendo Resources as an Executive Recruiter.

Wallis currently holds the position of Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Atwell, LLC, where they actively partner with leaders to ensure talent satisfaction and delivery to meet business needs. They strategically design, plan, and execute sourcing and selection processes and continually evaluate and assess talent acquisition processes, strategies, and tools.
Wallis Whittom obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from Florida Atlantic University. Wallis also holds an Associate of Arts - AA degree from the same institution. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) from ADP in September 2023. Wallis also has certifications in Certified Social and New Media Recruiter, Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging - DIBs from various institutions.
