Rodney Williams

Rodney Williams has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Rodney is currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Atwell, LLC since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion at Wayne County Airport Authority from January 2016 to July 2018. From 2013 to 2016, they held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Valassis. Before that, they served as the Group Leader of Talent Acquisition at Atwell, LLC from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Group Leader of Business Development at Atwell Hicks from 2006 to 2009. Earlier in their career, Rodney was a Partner at Recruiter Academy, where they provided training and consulting services. Rodney also held the position of Recruiting Manager at TechTeam Global, where they managed a team of recruiters and provided staffing solutions to corporate clients.

Rodney Williams received their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Sales from Ferris State University. Rodney attended the university from 1984 to 1988.
