Carmen Matthews

Carmen Matthews currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at AtWork Personnel since November 2023, following a tenure as Vice President of Operations at AtWork Group from February 2020. Earlier roles include Director of Operations and Regional Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes a position as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Tuff Torq Corporation from July 2018 to January 2020, as well as over 18 years at AtWork Personnel in various capacities, including Branch Manager. Carmen Matthews earned an Associate's degree in Accounting from DeVry University - Westminster between 2008 and 2011.
