Mike R. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mike is currently employed at Jushi Holdings Inc. as the National Manager of Sales Tools, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at AtYourGate, where they held multiple roles including Board of Advisors, VP of Business Development & Partnerships, Senior Director of Operations & Technology, Regional Director, and District Manager. Mike also co-founded and served as the COO of Gold Touch Luxury Consulting, LLC from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Manager at Trader Joe's from 2014 to 2018. Mike R. also has experience at Harris Teeter in various roles such as Corporate Training & Development Facilitator, Co-Manager, Inventory Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Store Clerk, from 2002 to 2014. Additionally, they worked at OMNI Communications as a Media and Client Liaison from 2007 to 2009, and at The Appalachian as an Advertising Sales Representative in 2007. Mike started their career as a Research Assistant at The Catevo Group in 2004.

Mike R. has a diverse education history. In 2022, they enrolled at Yale University, where they pursued a degree in "The Science of Well-Being." Mike'sfield of study revolved around productive habits and wellness activity. Prior to their enrollment at Yale, Mike R. completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a focus on Corporate Public Relations at Appalachian State University. Additionally, in 2022, they obtained a certification in Project Management through Coursera.

Outside of their formal education, Mike R. obtained various certifications. In 2010, they completed the Management Development Program from Harris Teeter. A year later, they earned the Co-Manager certification from the same institution. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained a certification in Cleaning and Disinfection Principles from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council.
