Edward Evans has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 as a Research Assistant at Kyoto University, where they conducted research and authored publications in health care economics and quality management. Edward then moved on to Teton Data Systems in 2006, working as a Product Manager until 2008. From 2008 to 2014, Evans held various roles at Atypon, including Senior Solution Architect and Product Manager. Since 2014, they have been the Director of Publishing Technology and currently holds the position of Director of Solution Architecture at Atypon.
Edward Evans earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Boston University, which they completed from 1986 to 1989. Edward later pursued a Master of Public Health degree in Public Health at Kyoto University, which they attended from 2003 to 2005. Edward furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Software Engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in Software Engineering, during the academic year of 2005 to 2006.
