Prathima Srinath

Prathima Srinath is an experienced IT Compliance Analyst at Atypon since October 2021, and previously served as a SOx Consultant at Exl Services during a contract with Johnson & Johnson from March 2013 to December 2020. In this role, responsibilities included leading IT control process walkthroughs, evaluating IT controls, identifying internal control deficiencies, and maintaining relationships with external audit teams. Prior to this, Prathima was an Advisory Project Manager at IBM Global Services from February 1997 to September 2012, where project management and implementation of CMM processes were key focuses. Early in the career, Prathima managed SDLC projects and software development for local companies in India from August 1979 to February 1997. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a B.Sc (Hons) in Physics from M.S. University.
