Jaspal Singh

Jaspal Singh currently serves as AVP of Bancasurence Operations at AU Small Finance Bank, a position held since June 2021. Prior to this role, Jaspal held the position of Zonal Manager Operations at Pramerica Life Insurance from August 2011 to June 2021, and worked as a Branch Operations Manager at Aviva India from May 2008 to August 2011. Jaspal began their career as a Senior Claims Adjudicator at Wipro BPO, where responsibilities included processing claims for UnitedHealthcare, a leading insurance company in the USA, from September 2006 to May 2008. Jaspal earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Bengal Institute of Technology, having studied there from 2000 to 2004, and completed 10+2 education at Model Institute from 1992 to 1999.
