Pragnesh Soni

Pragnesh Soni is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in branch operations and management. Currently serving as Cluster Operation and Service Manager at AU Small Finance Bank since April 2023, Pragnesh previously held the position of Deputy Branch Manager at IndusInd Bank from December 2018 to April 2023. Prior to that, Pragnesh managed branches at YES BANK in roles including Branch Manager and Branch Operations Manager between August 2011 and December 2018. Beginning a career at ICICI Bank LTD as Branch Service and Compliance Manager from September 2006 to August 2011, Pragnesh has developed expertise in customer service, operations, and compliance. Pragnesh holds a CAIIB from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance and a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
