Andrea Bonfili

Andrea Bonfili has extensive experience in telecommunications engineering, primarily focused on network configuration and troubleshooting. Currently serving as a Troubleshooter in Ericsson Support Engineering at Aubay Italia since July 2017, Andrea has managed the swap and configuration of networks for Wind using Ericsson technology, as well as optimizing network performance for W3. Previous roles include significant contributions in LTE integration at ADS Assembly Data System S.p.A. and technical support for H3G at SOGETEL srl, encompassing various aspects of network management, quality monitoring, and troubleshooting. Andrea's educational background includes an Italian technical diploma from Istituto tecnico "Paolo Toscanelli," completed in 2003.
