Ines Urmal Fernandes

Ines Urmal Fernandes has extensive experience in talent recruitment and human resources, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Recruitment at Aubay Portugal since November 2014, Ines has also held roles as Talent Recruitment Manager and Business Manager. Prior to this, Ines worked at Glintt from May 2013 to November 2014 as an IT Recruiter and HR Consultant. Educational credentials include a course on Leading and Energizing Teams for Performance from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics in 2020, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ISEG (2011-2013), and a Licentiate degree in Sociology from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (2008-2011).
