Tyson Schuetze

Tyson Schuetze is the Founder and Managing Principal of Auben Capital Partners, focused on creating long-term wealth through proven residential real estate investment strategies since January 2024. Additionally, Tyson has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Auben Realty since September 2009, which specializes in full-service single-family real estate investment, emphasizing value creation for investors and communities. Previously, Tyson held significant roles at Conrex, including Executive National Director of Property Management and National Director of Renovation, and owned Auben Homes from October 2007 to September 2009. Earlier experience includes a freelance writer and editor for notable publications from January 2000 to January 2006. Tyson holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Media Studies, and English and Communications from the University of Denver.
