Cooper Heppler

Cooper Heppler is a Senior Protection and Control Engineer and Commissioning Services Manager at Aubrey Silvey Enterprises, Inc. since April 2017, with prior experience as a PTE Engineer/NETA Level III at POWER Testing and Energization from March 2012 to April 2017, specializing in commissioning and maintenance of electrical apparatus across various voltage markets. Cooper has also served as a Lab Assistant at the Oregon Institute of Technology from January to June 2011, facilitating lab classes in Power Electronics and Transmission. Cooper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology (2008-2011) and an Associate of Science degree from College of the Redwoods (2005-2007).
