Jennifer Speicher has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jennifer currently holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Auburn Community Hospital, a role they have had since December 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Administrator of Ambulatory Services and later as the Interim Administrator of Ambulatory Services at SUNY UPSTATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL from November 2020 to December 2023. From 2015 to 2021, Jennifer worked as the Administrator for Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital and Pediatric Services at Golisano Children's Hospital at SUNY Upstate Medical University. Before that, they spent six years at The Advisory Board Company in various roles, including Director of Lead Consultant for Revenue Cycle Solutions and Director of Performance Technologies. Jennifer's earlier experience includes working at Medtronic as a Sales Representative and Business Development Manager, at Pfizer as an Institutional Healthcare Representative and Professional Healthcare Representative, and at Welch Allyn as a Corporate Wellness and Fitness Specialist. Jennifer also has a background as a student athlete at Syracuse University, where they attended from 1993 to 1997.
Jennifer Speicher is currently pursuing a DHA (Doctor of Health Administration) at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences. Jennifer completed the New York State Women's Corporate Leadership Academy at SUNY Empire State College from 2020 to 2021, focusing on Executive Leadership. In 2019, they obtained a certificate in Healthcare Leadership from The Wharton School & UPenn Medicine. Jennifer holds a MPA (Master of Public Administration) from Syracuse University - Maxwell School, which they achieved from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they have a BS Ed. (Bachelor of Science in Education) from Syracuse University, completed in 1997, with a major in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition Science. In 2022, Jennifer obtained the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) certification from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
