In 2016, they pursued a Certification Qualification in Incident Cause Analysis Methodology (ICAM) from Impac New Zealand. Additional educational experiences include training in Mindful Leadership - Safety at SENTIS Australia and participation in Master Classes on Leading Strategic Change, Strategic Communication & Influencing at the Institute of Strategic Leadership.
