Jennifer Buckley

Jennifer Buckley has extensive experience in the arts and communications sector, currently serving in Strategic Partnerships for Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki since June 2018. In this role, collaboration with the Advancement team has fostered key community partnerships, including a notable project with fashion icon Karen Walker for a signature exhibition. Buckley also co-directs Orexart, a gallery showcasing emerging and established artists since 1990, and has been the Director of LBD Communications since 2007, specializing in arts-focused communications and project management. Previous positions include Partnership Development & Media Manager at Mossgreen-Webbs, Programme Manager for the Venice Architecture Biennale with the New Zealand Institute of Architects, and Founding Director of the Auckland Art Fair, which had significant financial impact over its first decade. Buckley's educational background includes degrees from The University of Auckland and Simon Fraser University.
