Glen Beattie

Glen Beattie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, commercialisation, and investment advisory roles. Currently serving as a Judge for the 2degree Business Awards 2023 at the Auckland Business Chamber, Glen has been a Commercialisation and Investment Advisor at Kiwi Innovation Network (KiwiNet) since 2013, focusing on enhancing scientific and technology-based innovation in New Zealand. As the Founding Director of Channel 37 Limited since 2010, Glen provides bespoke investment services and supports the development and commercialisation of products and services. Previous roles include founding Director at Ambient Connect, Investment Manager at Investment New Zealand, and International Programs Manager at URS Corporation in New York. Glen holds an MSc (Hons) from The University of Waikato.
