Megan Harvey

Megan Harvey is an experienced professional in collection management and conservation, currently serving as Collection Manager, Collection Care at Auckland Museum since July 2010. In this role, responsibilities include preventive conservation, environmental monitoring, and collection storage optimisation, along with project management. Prior to this, Megan worked as a Collection Technician focused on loans and project-based improvements at the same institution. Earlier experience includes serving as a Registry Assistant at the Museum of Transport and Technology (MOTAT) from March 2008 to July 2010, where tasks involved registration processes and preventive conservation measures. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from The University of Auckland.
