Roy Holder

Roy Holder is an experienced Implementation Manager at Audatex UK since February 2010, specializing in understanding, configuring, and supporting customer workflows concerning bespoke requirements. Roy contributes as a subject matter expert in development projects within the Agile process. Prior to this role, experience includes positions as a Senior Service Desk Analyst and Service Desk Analyst, providing second and first-level support for internal and external customers.
