Adam Weiss

Adam is a Managing Director at Audax Private Debt, overseeing our unitranche and junior debt investment teams. He is responsible for originating and executing new investments and monitoring portfolio companies. Adam is also a member of our credit committee for originated investments.

Prior to joining Audax in 2004, Adam was an investment banking Financial Analyst at Citigroup Global Markets in the Media & Telecommunications group.

Adam received a BBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Michigan.
