Martin Rak

Martin Rak is an accomplished IT project manager with extensive experience in digital transformation and human resources technology. Currently serving as the IT Project Manager at Audi Brussels, Martin leads the SAP SuccessFactors Western Europe Hub, recognized as the world's largest HR SuccessFactors project within the Volkswagen group. As a founder and partner at Alpha Solar und Heizungstechnik GmbH since 2018, Martin has a diverse portfolio that includes previous roles such as Business Partner Manager IT HR and Project Manager HR Digitalization at AUDI AG, as well as strategic projects in time management and digital workplace initiatives. Martin's early career includes experience in IT coordination and security projects across various companies, supported by an educational background from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt and The Silesian University of Technology.
