Marcus Lyon

Marcus Lyon is an experienced automotive professional with a strong background in aftersales operations and customer care. Currently serving as the National Manager of After Sales Field Operations at Audi Canada since June 2016, Marcus has also held various managerial roles within the company, including Manager of Service Operations and Manager of Brand Loyalty & Quality Assurance. Prior to Audi, Marcus worked at Volkswagen Group Canada as a Wholesale Parts Manager from December 2011 to June 2016 and gained valuable experience at General Motors in Customer Care and Aftersales from May 2008 to November 2011. Marcus began a career in financial services at TD Bank Group in 2007. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Brock University, completed in 2008.
