Pat Hoag

Pat Hoag currently serves as the Senior Manager Region After Sales for Audi of America since September 2017, overseeing the Aftersales Business in the Central Region, with a focus on achieving business targets, growing parts sales, and enhancing customer experience. Previous roles include Area After Sales Manager for nine Audi dealerships in Metro Chicago, Senior Fixed Operations Manager for Nissan Motor Corporation in the St. Louis market, and Service Operations Area Representative for Harley-Davidson, managing 21 dealerships in multiple markets. Pat's experience also includes being the Aftersales Market Manager for Volvo Car Corporation and Store Manager at Tireman Auto Service Centers. Pat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Baldwin Wallace University, earned from 1992 to 1996.
