Gero Kempf

Gero Kempf is an experienced automotive engineering executive with a comprehensive background in advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), vehicle engineering, and lightweight innovation. Currently serving as Executive Vice President ADAS/AD in Audi Engineering at AUDI AG since April 2021, Gero oversees vehicle function releases and data management, while also leading projects related to sensor technology and U.S. and Chinese hubs. Prior to this role, Gero held various leadership positions at WMG, University of Warwick, Jaguar Land Rover, and BMW, where notable contributions included the direction of transformational technology projects in smart mobility, body engineering innovation, and lightweight vehicle design. Gero's extensive experience spans over two decades in the automotive industry, with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration and strategic development.
