Holger Schmid

Holger Schmid serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at AUDI AG since June 2017, overseeing compliance, integrity, and risk management for the brands Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini, and Ducati. Schmid has effectively modeled processes for the implementation of the supply chain due diligence law and champions integrity initiatives through high-profile events and targeted trainings. Schmid’s career includes significant positions at Volkswagen AG, MAN, BMW Group, and Accenture, with a focus on compliance, audit processes, and strategic logistics.
