Lindsay Deck

Lindsay Deck is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Audible since November 2022, Lindsay previously held various roles at Amazon from January 2017 to November 2022, including Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to Amazon, Lindsay worked as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems from August 2014 to December 2016, where responsibilities included managing the entire sales cycle and client relationships. Earlier in the career, Lindsay completed a Marketing and Sales Internship at User Research International, focusing on recruiting participants and developing marketing strategies. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Washington.
