Flávio Affonso's work experience begins in 2006 at Wittel Comunicações, where they worked as a Junior Analyst and Support Analyst Technician. From 2008 to 2010, they joined Genesys Laboratories as an Expert Operations Analyst, providing support for various Genesys modules and conducting customer training. At Interaxa, from 2010 to 2016, Flávio held multiple roles, including Technical Support Coordinator and Technical Account Manager, responsible for architecture design, product presentations, and relationship management. Flávio then joined AudioCodes as a Sales Engineer from 2020 to 2021, assisting clients with digital transformation through the adoption of Unified Communications. At Genesys from 2021 to 2022, Flávio served as the SED Manager, leading a team and working directly with customers to provide Genesys solutions and improve customer experience. Currently, they work at AudioCodes as the Regional Sales Director for Contact Center - LATAM starting in 2022.
Flávio Affonso completed their MBA in Strategic Business Management at FIAP from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a technical degree in Network Management at the Universidade Estácio UniRadial, graduating in 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Flávio achieved the AudioCodes Certificate Associate from Audiocodes in November 2012. Flávio also obtained the Genesys Certified Professional 8 - System Consultant, Genesys SIP Server certification in April 2012. Flávio further earned the NICE Perform 3.5 Certified Engineer designation in August 2011 and the Genesys Certified Professional 7 - System Consultant, Genesys Voice Platform certification in June 2011.
