Josue Carmona

Josue Carmona has a solid work experience in the telecommunications industry. Josue started their career as a Professional Service Engineer at NextiraOne Mexico in 2001, where they provided technical support and performed compliance tests for voice issues. Josue then joined Ikusi México in 2011 as a Senior System Engineer, where they participated in presales activities for unified communications projects. Josue oversaw the design and implementation of Unified Communication solutions. In 2013, Josue joined AudioCodes as a Sales Engineer, collaborating with account managers and the marketing team to increase sales by 60% in the Mexican market. Josue identified sales opportunities and developed pursuit plans for key accounts.

Josue Carmona obtained a Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineer degree with a specialization in Networking from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their degree, they earned several certifications from Cisco. In 2002, they obtained the Cisco Certificate Network Associate (CCNA). Josue further advanced their skills in 2007 by obtaining the Cisco Certificate Voice Professional (CCVP). The most recent certification they attained was the Cisco Certificate Internetwork Expert (CCIE Collaboration) in September 2012.
