Michael Falcon

Michael Falcon has over 20 years of experience in sales and engineering roles within the telecommunications and networking industry. Michael began their career at Make Systems in 1993, where they focused on meeting with enterprise and service provider customers to understand their network redundancy and resiliency needs. Michael then moved on to Cisco in 1994, where they worked closely with the MCI account to develop network designs and complete numerous RFPs, resulting in significant business growth. In 1996, Falcon joined Ascend/Lucent Technologies, specializing in designing revenue-generating networks for MCIWorldcom using technologies such as Frame Relay, ATM, and TCP/IP routing. Michael also collaborated with the MCIWorldcom team to design and test new network configurations. Falcon then worked at Vina Technologies from 2000 to 2002, where they assisted service provider prospects with lab certification and integration, and developed new features for the Vina Integrator product. From 2003 to 2004, Falcon served as a sales engineer at New Edge Networks, focusing on developing ISP business and helping customers optimize their existing infrastructure with New Edge services. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a consultant at Falcon Consulting, providing sales and delivery of LAN and WAN solutions for home and small businesses. Falcon then moved on to GDT from 2006 to 2008, where they served as a network engineer, meeting with prospects to determine requirements for LAN/WAN/UC/Wireless and designing customized solutions. At Calence from 2008 to 2009, Falcon continued in a sales engineer role, meeting with prospects to determine requirements for various technologies such as data center, unified communications telephony, and network security. Michael also prepared RFP responses and designs for large-scale projects. In 2009, Falcon joined IPVision as a sales engineer, where they focused on designing and implementing networking and video surveillance/access control solutions for prospects. Most recently, Falcon worked at AudioCodes from 2010 until the present, serving as a senior solutions engineer and providing pre-sales engineering support and lab certification for VOIP solutions.

Michael Falcon attended The University of Texas at San Antonio where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Math/Computer Science (BSCS).
